Hookworm
Hookworm is a common intestinal nematode infection caused by Necator americanus (New World hookworm) and Ancylostoma duodenale (Old World hookworm). Symptoms include abdominal pain, diarrhea, loss of appetite, weight loss, fatigue, and anemia.
