News-Sharing Discernment
News-sharing discernment is the difference between the intention to share accurate news and the intention to share inaccurate news. A higher value indicates a stronger preference for sharing accurate rather than inaccurate news, whereas a lower value indicates weaker discernment. Accuracy-prompt interventions can be evaluated by whether they increase this difference.
