Cognitive Biases in MBCT
In the cognitive processes considered in Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), cognitive biases are systematic patterns of judgment that influence how people seek, interpret, and recall information, often preserving existing beliefs or attitudes. Confirmation bias is one example.
