Trichomoniasis
Trichomoniasis is a sexually transmitted infection caused by the protozoan Trichomonas vaginalis. In males, the infection is typically asymptomatic, though they can still transmit it; in females, it causes vaginal discomfort and discharge, and can lead to pregnancy complications if left untreated.
