متن و ترجمه / Text and Translation

به پسر شیخ گوکانی گفتکه ترا بهر کارهای نهفت
He said to the son of the Sheikh of Gokan:
That for your hidden affairs,
اندرین کوچه خانه ای بایدگر کلیدان به چپ بود شاید
You need a house in this alley;
If the keyhole is on the left, it is fitting.
ساز پیرایه در ره تجریدهم سر از شرع و هم سر از توحید
Prepare your adornment on the path of detachment,
Deriving from both the divine law and divine unity.
اندرین منزل عنا و ضررچون مسافر درآی و زود گذر
In this abode of toil and harm,
Enter like a traveler and pass quickly.
بر در بوستان الااللهبرکش و نیست کن قبا و کلاه
At the gate of the garden of 'Except God',
Take off and annihilate your robe and cap.
نیست شود تا همو دهد به صوابلمن الملک را سؤال و جواب
Become non-existent so that He may rightly grant
The question and answer to 'Whose is the kingdom?'
