متن و ترجمه / Text and Translation

حقیقت چیست پیش اندیش بودن	ز خود بگذشتن و با خویش بودن
What is truth? To be foresighted, To pass beyond oneself and be with oneself.
اگر جانت برون آید ز صورت	ببینی هرچ می دانی ضرورت
If your soul emerges from form, You will necessarily see whatever you know.
حجاب تو نیاید هر دو عالم	ببینی هر دو عالم را به یک دم
The two worlds will not be your veil, You will see both worlds in a single breath.
از این صورت اگر بیرون شوی تو	مه و خورشید محجوبون شوی تو
If you step out of this form, The moon and the sun will become veiled to you.
چو جانت را مقام نور دادند	سر چشم تو سوی حور دادند
When they gave your soul the station of light, They turned your eyes toward the Houris.
مشو مغرور حور و خلد هرگز	که بی حق نور ندهد خلد هرگز
Never be deceived by the Houris and Paradise, For without the Truth, Paradise never gives light.
